Dec. 18th, 2008 05:26 pmi just checked my yahoo mail and discovered that Majel Barrett Roddenberry has died...
she was, for me, the voice of so many of my favorite tv moments, whether as the steady voice of the ship's computer on many incarnations of Star Trek, or as the incomparably complicated Lwaxana Troi... whatever future there may be for Trek... it will be lessened by her absence.
